  • Experience dynamic personal growth through interactions with others

Qualifications

  • The most important qualification is the ability and willingness to help others
  • Must work at the Director or Program Manager level or have significant experience as a coach/mentor or business owner
  • Must be able to challenge protégés to seek opportunities that build leadership skills and increase visibility
  • ICMCP membership is highly recommended

  • Must be committed to remain in the program for 4 months
