Channeling the wisdom and experience of cybersecurity leaders and executives to benefit the next generation of cybersecurity professionals is a natural role for ICMCP. So, ICMCP is particularly proud of a flagship program that aims to create lasting and mutually rewarding professional networking and learning opportunities for cybersecurity executives and practitioners who participate as mentors or as protégés accordingly.
ICMCP Mentors: Experienced and Successful Cybersecurity Leaders
- Mentor Minority Cybersecurity Practitioners on professional growth and career development
- Share professional and life experiences to help other Minority Cybersecurity Practitioners
- Develop new relationships
- Experience dynamic personal growth through interactions with others
Qualifications
- The most important qualification is the ability and willingness to help others
- Must work at the Director or Program Manager level or have significant experience as a coach/mentor or business owner
- Must be able to challenge protégés to seek opportunities that build leadership skills and increase visibility
- ICMCP membership is highly recommended

Qualifications
- ICMCP membership is required
- Must be committed to remain in the program for 4 months
